The HotRod wash was $19.99 did pretty well my vehicle looks shiny and clean. Appreciate the microfiber towels to use and that the self derve vacuuming is included. The 2 gentleman that assisted me where very polite and helpful 5 stars to them! My only dissatisfaction was when wiping down I ended up runbing alot of dirt build up from my back wheelwells that was not removed during the actual car wash All that said I will return I'm the future Thank you for the free 1st wash

Had a bird poop on my car so I went to get it immediately washed I typically come here but after the wash I noticed the bird poop didn’t come off. I requested to have it ran through the wash again and the employee told me no I asked why my car doesn’t have excessive buildup of dirt and it should be able to remove bird poop. He said I’ll ask the manager then he said UNLESS I bought the top package, he’s not going to let me run through the car wash again, so I definitely feel like I was just being sold to. I was not given customer service. The employee tried to walk away before the conversation was over. I will never be coming here again.i would much rather drive further away to Another car wash than to be treated with such lack of Customer Service. Upselling your customers this way is so sleazy. Thanks for the hospitality guys. You lost a customer.

My first time as a member of car wash club and I love it! Drive through on my time for a fresh clean from smart knowing car guys. Why ever did I wait! Love my clean ride!

I used to come here all the time because the location is convenient for me however this place has gone down since last summer. The car wash itself no longer will get pollen or bird poop off of your car and if you ask for a second time through on a discount, they'll turn you away. Along with that, last time I was there and vacuuming out my car, one of the employees was circling around me while vaping, which was very uncomfortable as a young alone teenage girl.

Chipped the paint on our car. Would not come back, not worth the $20 for the top wash. Super short, not detailed car wash. Not even a tire shine or under carriage spray option. The options for car washes don’t say what they include or exclude which was annoying too. Had to wait 5 min for a vacuum spot to open bc there’s only like 5 spots available. Limited to 10 min on the vacuum, have to turn on with a code from your receipt. Limited to a vacuum on only one side of the car. Limited amount of drying cloths available.
